One one five kws features a number of shared zones and amenities available to all tenants of the building.

The lobby area on the ground floor will have areas with relaxed seating as well as a café which will face out onto King William street being ideal for a quick coffee or meeting clients in a casual environment.

The rooftop features a pavilion with a fully equipped boardroom and conference facility with its own kitchenette, toilet amenities and an outdoor deck with BBQ facilities. With its amazing views of the CBD and contemporary styling, the pavilion will offer an impressive space to host corporate client meetings, functions and events.

Ground Level: Lobby Café

The Ground floor Café extends into the lobby area providing the perfect place to have informal meetings, enjoy a coffee and some light dining.

The café will also provide catering to 115 Connect members, the Rooftop pavilion and one one five kws tenants.

Level 24: Rooftop Pavilion

Level 24 is a rooftop pavilion with a 50m2 boardroom and conference facility with associated storage, kitchenette and toilet facilities.

The pavilion also features an outdoor deck on the eastern side with seating and BBQ facilities linked to the conference room.
